“It is often said ‘lightning never strikes the same place twice.’ San Diego-based interior designer Susan Spath, however, proved an exception to this rule when she was called in to work on a Rancho Santa Fe, CA, residence. Knowing she had overseen a complete renovation of the property a number of years prior, the new owners looked to partner with her to shape the vision they had for their new home, having been impressed with the work and style she had initially imbued the property with.”
